Document Description
On April 22, 1999, the San Bernardino Valley Audubon Society and the Sierra Club filed a complaint against the City of Moreno Valley, the City of Moreno Valley City Council, and the Regents of the University of California in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Riverside (Case No. 326810). A settlement was reached in which the parties agreed to a writ of mandate that required the City and University to prepare a SEIR to further evaluate certain impacts associated with the Moreno Valley Field Station Specific Plan, specify additional mitigation and consider a specific design alternative.
