Document Description
Division of 34.37 ares into 40 residential lots and two common area lots with planned development permit to modify the dead end road length limit. The buildings and pavement of the project are expected to result in increase storm surface runoff into two unnamed ephemeral drainages that are tributaries to the Middle fork Feather River. To accommodate the increased flow, new culverts will be constructed under new road crossings and additional culverts will be installed at existing road crossings. The project requires a Stream Bed Alteration Permit from the California Department of Fish and Game.
