Document Description
Caltrans and the Marin County Congestion Management Agency are proposing to relieve recurring congestion on US 101 by providing a continuous HOV lane in both directions. A southbound HOV lane would be constructed as a first stage and put into operation. In the second stage, this southbound HOV lane would be converted to a reversible lane with a moveable barrier to provide an HOV lane in the both directions.
