Increase the disposal footprint from 186 to 245 acres, increase in elevation from 340 to 362.5 feet MSL, defined maximum depth of 265 feet MSL for future area, defined peak of 525 vehicles per day, change estimated closure date from 2013 to 2017, increase total capacity from 10,888,178 cubic yards to 13,998,400 cubic yards, use hydrocarbon impacted soils as a foundation layer (current active area) and daily cover for the future area, and to collect, store and bale agricultural plastics for recycling.
