Document Description
The project is a Major Use Permit Modification and Reclamation Plan Modification to an existing construction aggregate quarry and materials processing site that includes an (1) addition of new areas outside of the current mining footprint into the mining footprint, (2) change to the Site Preparation phase boundaries, (3) revision of slope/bench configurations, (4) redesign of the access road alignments, (5) change to some of the final pad elevations, (6) redesigned smaller desillitation basin, and (7) modification of the types of mining equipment allowed. Revised conditions include allowing night-time operations of the asphalt plant and extending the expiration date of the Major Use Permit.
