The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0134-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the CHY Company.
The proposed project will draft water from East Branch Soquel Creek to support operations of the Olive Springs Quarry and timberland management. The proposed project is limited to the diversion of water from Soquel Creek and the placement of a non-permanent portable pump attached to a 3-inched water inlet pipe.
