Document Description
The Clean Air Plan is required by federal and state law to show how the county will reduce ozone air pollution to meet health standards. The 2007 Clean Air Plan also provides a three-year update to the 2004 Clean Air Plan, 2001 Clean Air Plan, 1998 Clean Air Plan, 1994 Clean Air Plan, and the 1991 Air Quality Attainment Plan, as required by the California Clean Air Act. The 2007 Clean Air Plan includes previously adopted air pollution control measures and three newly proposed/contingency emission control measures.
