CDFW is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #1600-2012-0145-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: Vulcan Material Company - Western Region, represented by Mr. Michael Linton, 500 No. Brand Avenue, Suite 500, Glendale, CA 91203. The project is limited to the construction of Muscoy Groin Number 2 Storm Drain System as a part of the San Bernardino County Flood Control District's Comprehensive Storm Drain Plan Project No. 7, Lines E-20 and E-21. The project is designed to accommodate flows consistent with San Bernardino County Flood Control District's C.S.D.P. No. 7 Project (Lines E-20 and E-21).
