Document Description
The applicant proposes to alter the streambed to attach nine pipelines to an existing utility bridge and reinforce eight existing pilings (steel encased concrete). The pilings will be installed from a floating barge and each piling will be driven 20 to 30 feet below grade. The pipelines will be installed on the bridge and run the length of the bridge, (which is 25 feet wide and around 253 feet in length) and range from 8-inches in diameter to 10-inches in diameter. The proposed project will permanently impact 0. 15 acre of streambed.
