City of Thousand Oaks filed petitions with the SWRCB to amend water right Permit 20952 to add 100-acre irrigation parcel and 6.7 acre Southwestern Pond Turtle wetland mitigation site to the places of use, add Fish and Wildlife Preservation and Enhancement as purpose of use, add a new point of diversion to serve the 6.7 acre mitigation site. In addition, petition to change the palce of use of treated wastewater discharged from the City's Hill Canyon Waste Water Treatment Plant in order to use treated wastewater on both the 100-acre irregation parcel and mitigation site added to the places of use.
