Time extension to the CUP for continued operations for an additional 45 years, an update to the Reclamation Plan, 27 acre increase in mining and reclamation area within the CUP boundary (from 814 acres to 841 acres). Volume of production will increase by a total of 24,334,253 cy over the life of the permit. The existing maintenance shop will be increased and relocated within the CUP boundary.
