Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2001-480 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. William Filios of Stockton. This agreement pertains to construction of a floating boat dock on the north bank of the Calaveras River, Brookside Estates Development lot #3223. The dock will consist of a 40-ft x 6-ft floating wooden platform held in place by two 4 to 8-inch thick pilings. A footing and gangway anchor will be constructed at the top of the waterside levee. A gangway will be attached from the concrete anchor to the floating dock.
