Document Description
Designed to be compatible with the approximately 173,00 square feet of existing Farmers Market uses that will be retained or relocated, the Current Project will consist of a total approximately 799,000 square feet of new and existing development and a 3,500 seat cinema upon completion. The City of Los Angeles originally approved a larger project (Tentative Tract Map No. 45682) for this site on January 18, 1991, and it was for that larger project that the City prepared and certified an EIR (SCH#87102102). This current approval is for modifications to the Conditions of Approval for Tentative Tract Map No. 45682 as originally approved in 1991, along with other CUP's, variances, a shared parking permit, grading permit, demollition and building permits and permits for installation of public utilities and related construction activities.
