Document Description
The project includes two actions: The request for a Site Plan approval prior to approval of a grading permit for residential development located within the Hidden Meadows Specific Plan and the Habitat Loss Permit for the project. The objective of the Site Plan is to implement the development of the Island Residential and Oak Woodlands Residential areas in a manner consistent with the approved Hidden Meadows Specific Plan. The Site Plan includes the following minor changes to the previously approved project: the addition of an access road for the property owned by Mr. Nick Kanetis immediately south of the Island Residential site; the deletion of Lot 73 of the Oak Woodlands for the preservation of the oak tree within the lot; the relocation of the sewer pump station from the north to the south of Hidden Meadows Road; the minor revision of conditions relating to biological impacts and the modification of the grading design to conform to the slope criteria of the "D2" designator (Ordinance No. 9396).
