Document Description
Modifications to 9 of the 22 previously approved grading exemptions and one new grading exemption in association with an approved 39-lot Tentative Subdivision Map Tract 683-J, currently known as High Point. Tract 683-J and the associated grading exemptions were originally approved in 1989 as the final phase of the 691-unit development known as the Palos Vista Specific Plan. The proposed modifications to the grading exemptions include height increases ranging from 2 to 27 feet, for combined heights of up to 65 feet, and one new exemption up to 44 feet. The project also includes a textual amendment to Specific Planning Area 1 of the General Plan to correct errors in summarizing the allowable land use and development standards for Neighborhood 3 as established by the Palos Vista Specific Plan adopted in 1989.
