The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2005-0316-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Dr. Curt Groninga / Santa Rosa Junior College. The applicant proposes to impact two unnamed tributaries and Capri Creek while expanding the Santa Rosa Junior College campus located at 680 Sonoma Mountain Parkway, Petaluma, Sonoma County. The project will result in placement of fill in 0.46 acres of jurisdictional wetlands and approximately 45 linear feet (0.003 acres) of jurisdictional waters. Mitigation will occur on site at a 1:1 ratio.
