Description: The proposed project includes a zone change and general plan amendment for nine parcels (APNs 6224-033-037, -041, -040 and 6224-034-014, -032, -037, -039, -040, -041) located in the City of Cudahy, Los Angeles County, CA from Community Commercial (CC) to Commercial Manufacturing (CM). The project site is located east of Atlantic Avenue between Cecelia Street and Patata Street and encompasses approx. 7.8 acres. The northern portion of the project site is occupied by Praxair Distribution, Inc. (8300 Atlantic Avenue) and consists of a 15,940 sq. ft. single-story combination retail, office, and warehouse facility, a 26-space paved parking area, and landscaping. ITL Trucking Company is located south fo the Praxair facilities and includes truck parking and fueling station. The project site is surrounded by commercial and industrial land uses.
