Description: UCSF proposes a renovation and consolidation project to make more efficient use of the existing office space at 654 Minnesota Street. The project involves the interior renovation of the second floor, including configuration of the workstations, minor modifications to the electrical system and lighting, as well as some additional telecommunication and data distribution. The project would result in added capacity for about 65 additional employees, bringing the total employee population of the building to about 275.
