Title: Amendment 2005 to the Redevelopment Plan for the Buena Park Consolidated Redevelopment Project
Description: The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Buena Park adopted Amendment 2005 to the Consolidated Project Area (the "Amendment 2005"), which amends the constituent Redevelopment Plan for the CBD Project Area, as amended, (the "CBD Project Area") and the constituent Redevelopment Plan for Project Area II, as amended, (the "Project Area II"). The project is to provide the Agency the authority to use the power of eminent domain, if necessary, on certain properties within the CBD Project Area and certain properties within Project Area II for 12 years. Amendment 2005, in and of itself, is not a development project or land use plan and will not have a physical impact on the existing environment of the Consolidated Project Area. This action was taken in accordance with the provisions of the California Community Redevelopment Law, Health and Safety Code Section 33000, et seq.
