- The applicant proposed to construct a private recreational dock and access ways. The design calls for concrete steps on the levee slopes, a 40' by 3' gangway anchored to a concrete dead-man and 60' dock section anchored to steel piling plased in the waterway, installation of utility conduit through the levee, and placement of imported fill on the landward slope to widen the existing ramp and improve truck access.
