Document Description
The Amador County Transportation and Public Works (County) proposes to replace the existing single-lane Old Amador Road Bridge (Bridge No. 26C-0042) over Rancheria Creek with a new single-lane bridge (proposed project). The new replacement bridge is proposed to be a single-, cast-in-place, pre-stressed concrete slab bridge with a span of approximately 80 feet long and a width of 20 feet. The existing structure would be removed, and the new structure would be constructed in the same location preserving the existing roadway alignment. The replacement bridge would be designed to meet current applicable County, American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) and Caltrans design standards.
