Document Description
The project would develop an approximately 2,800-square-foot (sf) gasoline dispensing facility and 7-Eleven convenience store on a vacant 26,000-sf parcel. The gasoline dispensing facility would include three fuel dispensing islands accommodating up to six vehicles, covered with a 1,646-sf canopy. Approximately 2.7 million gallons of fuel would be dispensed annually. Sixteen total parking spaces, including six spaces at the fuel islands and ten parking spaces in front of the convenience store would be provided. New 35-foot-wide access driveways would be constructed off Whipple Road and Amaral Street. Improvements to Whipple Road would include a three-foot wide median island. Existing overhead utilities along the Amaral Street would be terminated and/or relocated underground to an existing pole across Whipple Road. Additional project features would include landscaping and lighting.
