Document Description
Caltrans will pave three locations to provide off-highway parking to access hiking, bicycle and snowmobile trails in the Inyo National Forest. Two of the locations are existing dirt parking areas, and the third is an undisturbed area approx 260ft x 150ft. This location will require tree/vegetation removal, and all locations will require grading and paving. This project has been developed and studied in conjunction with the US Forest Service - Inyo National Forest, who will prepare all federal/NEPA clearance documents.
