Document Description
A request by Eugene Doty and T-Mobile West LLC for a CUP to allow for the construction of a wireless communication facility disguised as an 80 ft tall mono-eucalyptus antenna structure with 6 antennas. In addition, 3 remote radio units, 1 microwave dish, equipment cabinets, telco box, and emergency generator are proposed. All equipment will be installed on a new 20' x 20' lease area surrounded by a 7-ft tall fence. The project facility also includes 220-ft run for utility trenching to provide for electricity and fiber connection. The project will result in the total disturbance of approx 1,300 sf of an approx. 51-acre site. The project is within the Ag land use category.
