Document Description
The project is limited to protection of approximately 80 linear feet of an eroding streambank to ensure that the erosion does not significantly harm or destroy a nearby road and wet crossing approach. To construct the project, the bank will not be graded or changed from its current near vertical state, but fabric will be placed against the soil surface. On top of the fabric, 3" +/- gravel will be placed as backing, and then 1/4 ton rock slope protection (RSP) will be placed into the channel and on top of the exisitng slope to yield a maximum 1 1/4:1 slope against the near vertical bank limits.
