A CUP to construct a wireless telecommunication facility that includes a 10-ft tall monopine. AT&T is proposing to locate up to 12 antennas on three sectors at the 96-ft above ground elevation and a microwave dish at the 89-ft above ground elevation and include an equipment shelter and a stand-by propane generator and a 499 gallons propane tank on a concrete slab. Utilities will be above ground to the existing utility pole located approx 60 ft south of the leased area. The monopine and group facility will be situated within a 900 ft lease area that will be surrounded with a 6-ft tall chain link fence with barbed wire and genre slats.
