The 2.28 acre portion will be incorporated into the existing Mistlin Honda car dealership, expanding their vehicle storage area by developing an additional 288 paved and marked spaces. A lot line adjustment is being included in the project request to include the 2.28 acre portion to the existing parcel to the west. If approved, the project will develop in one phase.
