Document Description
Note: Review Per Lead
The project site consists of a three-story office building on the northeast corner of Wilshire Blvd and North Crescent Dr in Beverly Hills. The project would involve a comprehensive renovation of the existing building that would include two additional floors of commercial office space (increasing the building height from 43-72 ft), a restaurant, and a renovated screening room within the building. The three existing levels of subterranean parking would remain; however, each level would be re-planned to increase the total number of spaces by using tandem spaces, compact spaces, lifts for stacked parking, and valet serviced drive-aisle spaces to meet parking requirements. The project would also involve renovation of Crescent Mini Dr Park, located on the north side of the building, with new seating, hardscape, and drought-tolerate landscaping.
