Document Description
The City proposes two stormwater maintenance projects; the Rehabilitation of the El Portal / Trousdale Channels and Nine Flap Gates on Sanchez Lagoon. These projects are combined because they are both involve maintenance on the City of Burlingame stormwater infrastructure that have similar work requirements which could be bundled together into one construction contract. The Rehabilitation of El Portal/Trousdale Channel will consist of multiple concrete repairs in the trapezoidal flood control channel, totaling 15,000 sq. ft. The Nine Flap Gates to be installed on existing stormwater culverts around Sanchez Lagoon, Flap gates would improve the current operational problems plaguing the lagoon like sedimentation and flow reversal.
