Project consists of one exploratory petroleum oil/gas well and one well pad authorized by the Unclassified Conditional Use Permit No. 3568 on a 1.6 acre portions of a 160-acre parcel in the AC-20 (Exclusive Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District in unincorporated Fresno County (near the community of Five Points). Fresno County Department of Public Works and Planning, as Lead Agency, prepared and approved a MND pursuant to the provisions of the CEQA in May 2017. The DOGGR considered the MND prepared by the Lead Agency, the local agency permit, and the analysis therein, and issued a Permit to Conduct Well Operations in its capacity as a Responsible Agency.
