The Tribe proposes to develop the Trinidad Harbor District. As components of the new Trinidad Harbor District, the Tribe would designate the beaches and bluffs as protected open space, improve stormwater quality, reduce stormwater flows generated along Bay St, and construct a visitor center where the existing tackle shop is located.
