CUP 15-014 to allow the expansion of the existing Lake Don Pedro Storage facility onto a vacant parcel to the south of the existing facility. There will be five new buildings ranging in size from 4,860 sf to 12,624 sf for a total of 44,028 sf. The five new buildings will contain multiple rental spaces for the storage of vehicles, boats and personal. The main entrance will be from Las Morales St with an internal looped road exiting back onto Las Morales St. The project site consists of a 2.9+/- acre parcel zoned C-S, under title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
