Document Description
California Resources Production Corporation has applied for a time extension and amendment to the existing CUP 1993-002, which permits an existing Class II wastewater injection facility. A. A five year extension of CUP 1993-002, to continue to operate and maintain the existing Class II injection well facility. B. Allow disposal of waste water from natural gas well completions outside of (and within) the Malton-Black Butte gas field from natural gas well sites, which are leased, owned, or operated by California Resource Production Corporation. C. Amend the previous injecting max of 10,000 barrels per month, to a max of 1,000 barrels per day.
