The proposed project includes the construction of two new buildings (a two-story classroom building and restroom/snack bar facility), installation of athletic grandstands, and improvements to the track and turf field at the existing Sutter Union High School campus in the community of Sutter, CA. The largest proposed building is a two-story classroom building totaling approximately 19,650 sf, and located on an existing athletic field north of Griffith Avenue. The second building includes an approximately 1,200 sf restroom and snack bar building located northwest of the existing football field and athletic track.
