Document Description
The proposed project would create a comprehensive land use plan for the development of 300 dwelling units in a residential age-restricted community, with a rural character and a low-medium density, within the St. John's Seminary property. The proposed project will be designed to retain all of the existing St. John's Seminary, as well as the Doheny Library, and to provide buffers that allow the Graduate Seminary to continue to operate. The proposed project would also preserve the mature landscaping that surrounds and partially screens the property, particularly on the northerly and easterly perimeters.
