The Project consists of modular expansion of new treatment unit processes including construction of the following components: A new oxidation ditch/rectangular activated sludge reactor near the two existing parallel oxidation ditches, new circular secondary clarifier including waste sludge and scum pumps adjacent to the existing clarifiers, new media filter unit to integrate with existing filter units, modifications of the disinfection process to meet National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit requirements, a potential b iosolids drying system, and shop facilities.
