Document Description
The main priority of this project is to improve the safety concerns associated with the existing intersection of East Gridley Road and Larkin Road. Improvements to the intersection include the installation of traffic lights, restriping of an existing turn lane and the addition of dedicated turning lanes. Construction of the additional turning lanes will require the roads to be widened. Existing culverts will be extended and/or realigned with the road; existing drainages will be realigned and/or relocated to follow the improved intersection. Project activities are predominantly confined to the existing roadway. Utility relocation and right-of-way acquisition on the northeast and northwest corners.
