The District is proposing to renovate the existing MVC in two phases to house additional 4,398 FTE students or approx. 15,000 to 20,000 headcount students at full buildout. The full buildout is anticipated to occur over 10-year time frame in multi stages in 2 phases. At buildout, the total building area would be 591,161 SF, including math science, student services, performing arts, allied health, campus police, and M&O bdlgs, modular clusters, 7,000 seat football stadium, and parking lots in Phase 1, and multi-disciplinary instructional bldg, student center, gym, 2 parking structures, and various athletic facilities in phase 2.
