The project will demolish a vacant 8,840 sf stand-alone full service restaurant and construct a restaurant and retail building of approximately 11,830 sf with approximately 550 sf of outdoor dining. Approximately 5,195 sf will be dedicated to full service restaurants and the remainder (6,455 sf) would be either fast casual dining or retail spaces. The new mixed commercial use building is intended to service patrons of two nearby hotels, employees of the surrounding office buildings, and Foster City residents and visitors.
