Document Description
Site Development Permit 7-16-4945 is a request to construct 53 single-family detached dwelling units at the Parkside at Baker Ranch Residential Development. The lots were approved under Tentative Tract Map 17707. The project includes the proposed architecture of the residences, fencing, landscaping and other associated site improvements. The project includes an alternative development standard to allow a third story Site Development Permit 7-16-4945 was evaluated in and contemplated by the MND that was prepared for the Parkside at Baker Ranch Residential Project and approved by the City of Lake Forest City Council on May 5, 2015 and was not challenged. The proposed Site development Permit is consistent with the scope of the approved Tentative Tract Map 17707. Therefore, the approved MND serves as the environmental documentation for the project is in compliance with the requirements of CEQA.
