Note: Review Per Lead The proposed project is the adoption and implementation of an updated Comprehensive Plan for the city of Palo Alto, along with associated amendments to the City of Palo Alto Zoning Code. The updated Comprehensive Plan would replace the existing Comprehensive Plan, which was intended to cover the period from 1998 to 2010. The EIR assesses potential impacts by examining four planning scenarios, which are meant to inform the policy choices inherent in the planning process and test various approaches to addressing the key issues of growth, transportation, housing, and sustainability. The horizon year of the Comprehensive Plan Update is 2030.
