Document Description
Located on the northwest corner of Highway 101 and State Route 46 West, the 270+\- acre property, currently within the County of San Luis Obispo, is the subject of this EIR. The project entitlements include a sphere of influence update, annexation, general plan amendment, rezone, planned development plan, and tract map. The proposed development includes three (3) hotels, commercial and residential components, agriculture/open space, and related infrastructure improvements.
