To remove and replace an existing bridge with a new cast in place 2-lane bridge with 6-foot shoulders. Pavement rehabilitation will also occur on the approach roadways on both sides of the bridge consisting of removal of existing pavement; replacement of any failed roadway base areas; placement fo new hot mix asphalt pavement; installation of metal beam guardrail; bridge railings; and revegetation plantings.
