Document Description
Application for conditional use permits to allow for the operation of a concrete batch plant that would prepare ready-mix concrete and provide storage space for necessary materials associated with the facility such as concrete mixing trucks (Use Permit No. 1028-10), and to allow for the operation of a concrete recycling plant that would process the aggregate stockpiles on-site and store the concrete created by the adjacent concrete plant (Use Permit No. 1027-10). Also includes a reclamation plan amendment for vesting surface mining operations (Reclamation Plan No. 2010-20) to depth of up to 5 feet in the San Benito River channel.
