The project includes construction of three new primary care clinics and a new health care administration building, totaling 17,500 square feet (sf) of new building space. The project includes interior renovations (approximately 20,000 sf) and additions (approximately 8,000 sf) for medication distributor's rooms, pharmacy, central health services, and other necessary health care improvements. All improvements will be within the developed area of CIM. The project does not add intimate capacity. The project adds ones staff position.
