Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction, operation, and maintenance of Lakeland Village MDP Line 11, Stage 1. This MDP facility was analyzed in the previously certified Lakeland Village MDP Final Programmatic Environmental Impact Report. The proposed project is approx. 4,300 feet long and consists of underground storm drains and a sediment basin.
An Addendum to the FEIR was prepared to address the modifications to the proposed MDP facility analyzed in the Final PEIR. After evaluation of the proposed project, it was determined that none of the conditions described in Section 15162 of the CEQA Guidelines calling for the preparation of a subsequent MND or EIR have occurred, and further CEQA review is not required.
