Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife ((CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0277-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Placer County Public Works Department. The project is limited to the extension of an existing 36 inch culvert by 30 additional feet on the east side of Highway 49, in order to accommodate an 8 foot wide pedestrian pathway. Fill will be placed over the culvert, and result in approximately 0.042 acres of permanent impact to CDFW jurisdictional area.
