The purpose of the Addendum was to review and assess the minor change to the pipeline's southern alignment. The minor change in the project was determined to be consistent with the description of the environmental setting, environmental impacts and mitigation measures as set forth in the certified IS/MND (2012). The Project involves installing, operating and maintaining a 30-inch domestic water transmission pipeline to supply domestic (drinking) water and the construction and operation of a pump station.
