The CA DFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code for the Crazy Horse Sanitary Landfill Closure Project. The project will result in impacts to portions of two (2) perennial channels, two (2) freshwater ponds and associated seasonal wetland, and riparian habitat which the CA DFG has determined is subject to regulation pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1600 et seq.
