Document Description
Stanford University is proposing to develop a satellite administrative office, research and development (R&D) and medical clinic campus totaling approximately 1.5 million s.f. of floor area in approximately 13 new office/R&D/clinic buildings (plus approximately 4,500 parking spaces in four parking structures) on a 35-acre development site. The proposal includes demolition of approximately 537,000 s.f. of existing office/R&D space; construction will be phased. The proposed plan also includes construction of an onsite storm water retention system and a pedestrian greenway that would run through the center of the campus.
